By registering for an account on the rusa55 platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, or by accessing or using any rusa55 services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rusa55 platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

To register for and use a rusa55 account, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Age Verification: rusa55 employs robust age verification procedures. Any user found to have misrepresented their age or provided false identification documents will have their account immediately suspended, all funds confiscated, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify rusa55 immediately of any changes.
Each user is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the rusa55 platform. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Users found to be operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rusa55 account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify rusa55 support immediately by contacting [email protected].
rusa55 operates under an international gaming license and is legally required to verify the identity, age, and residential address of all users in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
rusa55 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any user at any time. However, KYC verification is mandatory in the following circumstances:

Users who fail to submit requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request being made will have their accounts temporarily suspended. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rusa55 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, credit cards, or international wire transfers from non-Indonesian banking institutions.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Rupiah). The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method and account tier status. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are typically credited to your rusa55 account wallet within 1–3 minutes of successful payment confirmation. During periods of high transaction volume or scheduled bank maintenance windows, processing may take up to 15 minutes.
rusa55 does not charge any fees for deposits made using the payment methods listed above. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees or service charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your rusa55 account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the bank account or e-wallet used to make the deposit. rusa55 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds (such as bank statements, employment records, or business income documentation) from any user at any time, particularly in cases involving large or frequent deposits.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy: rusa55 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and terrorist financing. Any user suspected of using the platform for money laundering purposes will have their account immediately frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
Withdrawals from your rusa55 account wallet can be made to the same payment methods used for deposits: Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
For security and anti-money laundering compliance reasons, withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your rusa55 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). The maximum single withdrawal amount for standard users is Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Rupiah) per transaction. Higher limits may be available to verified VIP-tier users upon request.
rusa55 aims to process withdrawal requests as follows:
rusa55 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month will incur a flat administrative fee of Rp 5.000 per transaction. VIP-tier users (Gold and above) receive unlimited fee-free withdrawals.
All deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1×) before they become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies to both bonus-free deposits and deposits made in conjunction with bonus offers. Funds that have not met this minimum turnover requirement will be deducted from your withdrawal amount.
If you have active bonus funds or free spins in your account, you must complete the associated wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus before you can withdraw your real-money balance.
If a withdrawal request has not been processed within the stated timeframe, users should contact rusa55 support via live chat or email ([email protected]) with their account username and withdrawal reference number. rusa55 will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours of receipt of the dispute.
rusa55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified users who have completed KYC and are in good standing with rusa55. Users may only claim each bonus offer once. Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×, 40×). This means you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) the specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Example: If you receive a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement, you must place a total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

Winning bets are settled and credited to the user's account wallet within 24 hours of the official result being confirmed. In-play (live) bets are typically settled within minutes of the relevant event occurring. For sportsbook bets, rusa55 uses official sports federation results and statistics as the authoritative source for settlement purposes.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must notify rusa55 support within 72 hours of the settlement. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered. rusa55 will investigate the dispute and provide a final decision within 7 business days. The decision of rusa55's trading team on all betting disputes is final and binding.
A bet may be declared void (and stakes refunded) in the following circumstances:

While rusa55 strives to ensure continuous availability of the platform, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or will be error-free. rusa55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, server outages, or scheduled maintenance.
The rusa55 platform hosts games and content provided by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others). rusa55 is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or fairness of third-party content, although all providers are independently certified and audited.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You are solely responsible for all betting and gaming decisions made through your account. rusa55 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for any losses incurred through your use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rusa55's total liability to any user for all claims arising from or related to the use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their rusa55 account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rusa55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
rusa55 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
rusa55 may permanently close any user account if the user is found to have engaged in prohibited activities (as defined in Section 9), has provided false information, or has repeatedly violated the platform's rules. In cases of permanent termination for cause, rusa55 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rusa55 support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in the account wallet (minus any outstanding wagering requirements or bonuses) will be refunded to the user's registered bank account or e-wallet within 7 business days.
Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months). During the self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the user will not be able to log in or place bets. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction specified in Section 13 (Governing Law).
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rusa55's international gaming license is issued, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You acknowledge that rusa55 operates as an offshore, internationally licensed platform. The applicability of Indonesian domestic gambling legislation to offshore internet-based betting remains a subject of legal interpretation. rusa55 does not provide legal advice, and users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Subject to the arbitration provisions in Section 12, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction specified above, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
